OVERVIEW

San Chai Temple
The Parit Unas Nán Tíng Sì Temple was founded by late Dato Kor Thian Peng, the temple’s medium who was touted to be the foster son of late Johor Sultan for their good relationship ever since he helped to cure an illness of a Johor Sultan royal family member and conferred the Johor datukship award. According to legend, the temple divine deity god had protected devotees who seek to hide in the temple during 1969 May 13 racial riots and has helps many devotees in many occasions from near and far especially, droving flocks of local and Singapore to throng the temple to worship especially during the birthday of the divine god, San Chai Yeah on the 23rd day of the 1st moon of Chinese lunar calendar(around January/February after Chinese New Year) every year. A Chinese primary school adjacent to the temple, SRJKC San Chai was built and operates with the aids of the temple and the Sultan\’s donation.

Grisek Hot Spring
The site is located between Parit Jawa and Batu Pahat old trunk road at Jalan Air Panas of Kampung Sungai Gersik, Muar (approximately 16km from Parit Jawa town). The hot spring site is clean, well-maintained and surrounded by village enclave with greenery landscape and pavilions.There is a children pool and a 3 rings pool of water provides different temperatures soak between 50 to 70 degree celsius. it is an ideal and relaxing place for travellers to eliminate fatigue journey at the Johor region. The daily operating hours is from 7:00am to 7:00pm.

Che Ann Khor Yong Peng
The most special thing at Moral Association Che Ann Khor Yong Peng is the Fortune Dragon, it is the longest Fortune Dragon in the world! This Fortune Dragon got 351 feet long, which means 107 meters. It is said inside this dragon can accommodate around one thousand person. You can go in from dragon’s mouth, through the body, and came out from the tail to change your fortune. As you pass through the dragon abdomen, there are many beautiful paintings for you to watch.

ITINERARY

06:00 Assemble at designated pick up point

06:30 Depart from a designated pick-up point and proceed to 2nd Link. Upon clearance at the Malaysian immigrations and customs, you will change to 44 Seater Malaysia Coach and your friendly Malaysian Tour Guide will join you onboard the coach. Commentary will commence during the journey by our trained English speaking guide. Experience the breath-taking sights with rows of oil palm plantations along the way.

  • Breakfast at own expenses in Gelang Patah
  • After breakfast, depart for Muar
  • Visit ‘Shin Cai Ya Chinese Temple’ (Along the journey to Muar, you may order Muar famous Otak-Otak from tour guide)
  • Proceed to Muar local product shops to some local products.
  • Grisek Hot Spring
  • Chinese Lunch at Local Restaurant
  • Depart for Yong Peng
  • Visit Che Ann Khor Yong Peng
  • Shopping for local products in Yoyo Local Product Shop
  • Depart for Johor Bahru

  • Chinese dinner at local restaurant
  • After dinner, proceed back to Singapore with sweet memories
